a cool ranking system idea...

since the theme is space, why not rank by types instead of levels...
here's what i had in mind...

for members...
Z- ZETA TYPE (level 1)
X- XI TYPE (level 2)
W- WI TYPE (level 3)
U- UPSILON TYPE (level 4)
T- THETA TYPE (level 5)
G- GAMMA TYPE (LEVEL 6)
O- OMEGA TYPE (level 7, the highest level for members)

for mods, super mods, and admins...
E- EPSILON TYPE (mods)
B- BETA TYPE (super mods)
A- APLHA TYPE (admin)

the upside to this is that it will make things tie in for the space theme...
LSFLASH, please consider this...

comet trooper = level 1 (0-150 posts)
shuttleman = level 2 (151-350 posts)
star patrol = level 3 (351-545 posts)
quazar pilot = level 4 (546-700 posts)
galactic soldier = level 5 (701-950 posts)
galaxy general = level 6 (951-1200 posts)
hyper-space commander = level 7 (1201- 1999 posts)
universe overlord = level 8 (2000-8999)
almighty overlord = maxed-out level (only if it's over 9000!!!) (reward may be given to the first who earns this, except for excessive spammers in the spam section...)

Hmm... The only Epsilon type... I like that.
